Terms and Conditions of Use of sagaprofit.com Platform
The sagaprofit.com platform is under the administration and use of SAGA PROFIT LTD., headquartered in UK, London, Str. 483 Green Lanes, N13 4BS, registered with the Company Number 13894125, Companies House.
This Statement was drafted in English. In case any contradictions between the English version and any version translated into another language occur, the English version will prevail.

Statement of rights and obligations
This Statement of rights and obligations (the "Statement" or "Terms") derives from the principles that we, the authors of Sagaprofit Platform ("Platform") have and which we ask from all those who join us, including the conditions of use of our services, which govern our relationship with the users and with other entities that interact with SagaProfit, but also the SagaProfit trademarks, products and services, which we hereinafter call the "Services".
By using or accessing the SagaProfit Services, you express your agreement with this Statement, which will be updated as the situations arising in practice will require it, and/or as the legislative changes bring significant modifications which will have to be implemented until a certain deadline.
1. Confidentiality
Your confidentiality is very important to us. In this respect, we have elaborated the Privacy policy to let you know how your data are processed on the SagaProfit platform.
In order to share information to other persons, but also to inform you about the way in which your content and data are collected and used, we encourage you to read the Privacy policy of our platform and to use it in order to be able to make informed decisions, as well as the policies offered by the website through which you register/login or on which you share the content from our platform.
2. Registration and account security
SagaProfit users offer their real names and information. Here are some commitments you make towards us regarding the registration and maintenance of your account security:
1. You will not use SagaProfit if you are under 18 years old.
2. You will not offer your password to anyone and especially access to the email behind the created account, you will not let anyone else access your account and you will not take any other action that could endanger the security of your account.
3. If you select a username or a similar identifier for your account or page, we reserve the right to remove or to claim the page or the account if we consider that this measure is required (for example, in case a trademark owner complains about a username that is not closely related to that person's real name).
3. Mobile phones and other devices
1. Currently, our mobile connection services are free, but remember that the standard rates and taxes of your mobile telephony operator, such as those for SMS or data traffic, continue to apply.
2. You give your consent and you provide all the rights necessary to allow the users to synchronize (including through an application) their devices with any information which is visible for them on SagaProfit.
4. SagaProfit activities and services:
1. The COMPANY offers to sell electronic internal coins to the CLIENT(hereinafter called "SGP" or "SGP electronic coins"), through which users receive access to the performance program (PP) of the trading AI robot.
2. The COMPANY will sell SGP at a price of 1 USDT per SGP. The minimum SGP package has 1000 internal coins, so the minimum purchase in the platform will be 1000 USDT (tether dollar).
3. After purchasing, every Productive SGP package will generate daily more SGP in the user’s system wallet thanks to the PP transformed in a daily staking over-night bonus. Using all our trading experience and the advanced technology of our robot, we promise to do our best for each of you to redeem your SGPs for at least 1 USDT at any withdrawal.
5. Obligations and rights of the parties:
The client:
1. The CLIENT must provide the wallet address in the PROFILE page to become valid. The wallet provided in PROFILE page will be the only wallet agreed by the Company and so called " S-WALLET".
2. To become a full beneficiary of our Performance Program(PP) with an up to 30% of a productive half year profit, the CLIENT will keep all received SGP coins in the S-WALLET for an uninterrupted period of 6 productive months from the date of purchase of SGPs.
3. The platform offers rights and limitations as follows:
- maximum purchase on an account is 25000 SGP, meaning 25000 USDT or users can have cumulative deposits until the 25000 SGPs limit is reached (the purchase is made by sending your USDT into our temporary adress through the TRC20 (TRON) blockchain)
- this limit can be increased only by purchasing other SGP Packages with the SGPs you gained from the Performance Program
- your SGP deposit will become Productive for 6 months in the PP, but only from the 31th day since your start date
- users get a various percentage according to their chosen contracts (between 0.15% and a maximum 0.25%) daily SGP staking bonus according to the existing deposit of SGP in the S-Wallet from Monday to Friday
- users get from our SGP Performance Program a maximum 30% profit in 6 productive months and a maximum 60% profit in 12 productive months if they will start a new Performance Program after maturity date is reached
- if the contract chosen is with weekly withdrawals, from Monday to Friday, clients will be able to swap automatically and resell (withdraw) weekly all the profit generated by the Performance Program but not less than 100 SGP, and only multiples of 100 (USDT)
- the withdrawal commision, meaning that we will send you back USDT in your personal wallet provided to us, is 2% (this commision also applies to reinvestments)
- in a major force, clients have also the right to stop the Performance Program until the maturity of 6 productive months is reached but with the loss of the entire profit and a penalty of 10% (after stopping the PP, in a maximum 20 days, all the USDT will be in their wallets)
- your deposit value will be returned to your declared wallet in a maximum 20 days
The company:
1. Will make all efforts so that the SGP electronic coin is 1:1 with USDT and USD and easily Swaped that users to be fully satisfied with their USDT placement in our Performance Program based on our robot algorithms.
2. WE TRY TO KEEP THE SAGAPROFIT WEBSITE OPERATIONAL, ERROR FREE AND SAFE, BUT YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE OFFER SAGAPROFIT AS IT IS, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THE PROPERTY RIGHTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT SAGAPROFIT WILL ALWAYS BE A SAFE, SECURE OR ERROR FREE WEBSITE, OR THAT IT WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS OR IMPERFECTIONS.
SAGAPROFIT DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACTIONS, CONTENT, INFORMATION OR DATA OF THIRD PARTIES AND YOU RELEASE US, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS OF ANY CLAIMS AND DAMAGES, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, ARISING OUT OF OR WHICH ARE IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE COMPLAINT THAT YOU HAVE AGAINST ANY SUCH THIRD PARTIES.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE TOWARDS YOU FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN RELATION TO THIS STATEMENT OR TO SAGAPROFIT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED ABOUT THE EXISTENCE OF SUCH DAMAGES.
6. Investments risks:
All investments, including financial markets investments, are speculative in nature and carry a significant risk of loss. We encourage our investors to invest carefully. B4, Entrance A, 5th floor, Sector 3, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/1402/2018, CUI (unique registration number) 38788470, a company that has the status of personal data operator.
2. It is legally provided to SAGA PROFIT LTD based on a 1 year lenght contract.
8. Amendments
1. We will send you a notice before making any changes to these terms of use and we will give you the opportunity to review and to express your option on the revised terms of use before continuing to use our Services.
2. If we make changes to the policies, instructions or other terms of use referred to in this Statement or which are incorporated into it, we may provide a notice on the main page of the website.
3. If you continue to use the Heyadoo Services after you have received a notice regarding the changes made to our conditions, policies or instructions of use, you implicitly agree to the conditions, policies or instructions changed.
